Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 2026-04-10 (YYYY-MM-DD)

Welcome to Naturally Supernatural Editorial. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our physical books, merchandise, and online educational courses. By placing an order or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Return and Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the nature of our products—which consist of custom print-on-demand items and instant-access digital content—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

1.1 Books and Merchandise (Print-on-Demand)
All physical books and merchandise (including clothing, hats, notebooks, and accessories) are created via Print-on-Demand (PoD) technology through our fulfillment partners.

  • Global Exemption: Because every item is individually manufactured and customized to your specific order upon purchase, these goods are legally exempt from the 14-day Right of Withdrawal under the EU and UK Consumer Rights Directives.

  • Order Modifications: Orders are automatically routed to our printing facilities immediately after checkout. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed.

1.2 Online Courses and Digital Content
Purchases of online courses, downloadable materials, and digital curriculum are final.

  • Digital Content Waiver: By purchasing and accessing our online courses, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that by accessing this digital content, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period (including EU/UK consumer protection rights) that might otherwise apply.

1.3 Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
While we do not accept general returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a book or merchandise item that is misprinted, damaged in transit, or defective, you are legally entitled to a replacement.

  • You must contact us at hello@naturallysupernatural.org within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Your claim must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Online Courses and LMS Access

Our digital learning platform provides theological and educational resources. The following strict rules apply to all course enrollments:

2.1 Account Usage and Non-Transferability
Your purchase grants you a single-user license to access the course materials.

  • Strictly Non-Transferable: Course enrollments, progress, and access rights are permanently bound to the purchasing user account. They cannot be gifted, sold, transferred, or merged with another account under any circumstances. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

2.2 Certifications and Course Credits
From time to time, we may offer comprehensive Certification programs that bundle multiple courses together.

  • No Retroactive Credit: If you purchase and complete a standalone course, that completion does not count as credit toward any current or future Certification program.

  • Certification Requirements: To earn a Certification, all required modules and coursework must be completed entirely from within the official Certification track. If a course you have previously taken independently is part of a Certification program, you must retake that course within the Certification track to satisfy the requirements for graduation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our platform—including but not limited to course videos, theological curriculum, book texts, merchandise designs, and website graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Naturally Supernatural Editorial. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, without prior notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe that the user has engaged in, attempted to engage in, or facilitated any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, public display, transmission, sharing, sale, sublicensing, publication, or exploitation of our content.

This includes, without limitation, the unauthorized dissemination of course materials, downloadable resources, book excerpts beyond legally permitted use, video excerpts, private training materials, member-only content, login credentials, or any other proprietary content made available through our website, learning platform, or related services.

In such circumstances, we may revoke access to purchased courses, digital materials, certificates, user-generated progress records, and any associated account benefits. We also reserve the right to deny the creation of new accounts, refuse future purchases or enrollments, and take any additional legal or equitable action available to protect our intellectual property, platform integrity, and business interests.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies we may have under applicable intellectual property, contract, or unfair competition laws.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.
