Seit fünfundzwanzig Jahren rüstet und schult er Einzelpersonen, Teams und Gemeinden im Heilungsdienst und im Evangelisieren in der Kraft Gottes, sowohl national als auch international. Brian gehörte zum Gründungsteam der Crestwood Vineyard-Gemeinde, wo er als leitender Pastor dient und Serve the Nations, den Missionsbereich der Gemeinde, leitet. Er lebt mit seiner Frau Jeanine und ihren sechs Kindern, darunter Drillinge, in Oklahoma City.
