About the Author
Mike Hutchings
Mike Hutchings is a counselor, minister, and educator with a strong background in behavioral health and theological training, holding a Bachelor of Arts from Judson University, a Master of Divinity in Counseling from Northern Seminary, and a Doctor of Theology from Phoenix University of Theology, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at United Theological Seminary focused on PTSD and reproducible spiritual strategies for healing. He first connected with ministry renewal through early relationships within the Baptist context and was present during the 1984 meetings where a team from the Vineyard Movement ministered in Randy Clark’s church, an experience that deeply shaped his ongoing alignment with Vineyard values and its emphasis on the ministry of the Holy Spirit and healing prayer. He later served for 12 years as Director of Education for Dr. Randy Clark’s Global School of Supernatural Ministry and certification programs at Global Awakening, and continues to serve as an associate while traveling internationally to equip churches—especially near military communities—to minister healing and freedom to those suffering from trauma and PTSD.
