Digital products require an account for access through our proprietary application or website. Physical products are manufactured and shipped through third-party print-on-demand facilities based on your specific order.

Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Naturally Supernatural LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances.

  • Digital Products: Online courses, digital books, audiobooks, and subscriptions grant immediate digital access upon purchase. Once a digital transaction is completed, it is strictly non-refundable.
  • Physical Products: Our physical books and merchandise are produced via Print-on-Demand (POD). This means every item is custom-made the moment you place your order. Because we do not carry standing inventory, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for physical orders once they have been submitted to production.

Please verify your cart, your shipping address, and the language of the materials before completing your purchase. All sales are final.
