Glenn Schroder

Glenn Schroder has been part of the Vineyard movement since 1976, when he joined a home group in Yorba Linda, California, that eventually became the Anaheim Vineyard. From 1984 to 1996, he served there as youth pastor under John Wimber. In 1996, Glenn and his wife, Donna, planted the Cascade Vineyard, where they continue to serve today. Passionate about youth ministry and missions, Glenn has led numerous short-term mission teams and helped organize the Extreme Mission Conferences in the early 2000s. Glenn and Donna have four adult children and six grandchildren, all living in the Portland area. In 2020, he published his first book, Never Trust a Leader Without a Limp, a reflection on the life and ministry of John Wimber. In his free time, Glenn enjoys kayaking with Donna, cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers, and cooking—especially when it involves fire and meat.
